Join us for “New Beginnings,” a 25-day marathon designed to support individuals in adapting to new realities with resilience and success. Whether you’re experiencing emigration, relocation, career changes, or other life transitions, this marathon is tailored to help you thrive amidst change. Recommendations for Passing the Marathon for Quality Results: Morning Engagement: Kickstart your day with the marathon. Dedicate time in the morning to engage with the day’s topic before diving into your daily routine. This sets a positive tone for the day and allows you to focus fully on the marathon’s insights and tasks. Affirmation Integration: After thoroughly familiarizing yourself with the topic and its details, write out the proposed affirmation and keep it with you throughout the day. Let it serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment as you navigate the challenges of adaptation. Task Completion: Each day, complete the assigned task either during the day or at the end of the day, depending on the nature of the task. Fully immerse yourself in the task to extract maximum benefit from the experience. Task Documentation: In the “task” section, write either the task itself or feedback from your experience. Documenting your journey allows for reflection and reinforces your learning. Closure with Rest: Close each day by completing the assigned task and taking time to rest and recharge.
