For a long time, we built our lives around safety, predictability, and control.
We were taught that if we planned well enough, worked hard, and followed the “right” path, things would make sense.
But right now, it doesn’t feel that way.
We are living in an Age of Chaos: a time of unprecedented change!
Join this workshop where we explore how to design your life in a “chaotic reality”.

Workshop:
An open, hands-on experience exploring chaos as a driver of change, including self-reflection, a diagnostic card game, and an introduction to Controlled Chaos as a methodology.
Facilitator:
For over a decade, Rafael has been fascinated by the role chaos plays in shaping our lives, decisions, and societies.
This curiosity led him to work across education, entrepreneurship, and leadership, coaching hundreds of individuals and guiding organisations through complexity.
Today, he focuses on helping people and teams shift their perception of chaos, from something that can seem threatening to something we can design for, learn from, and ultimately grow through.
