Wings for Life World Run – May 10th, 12h
• Join our Tavira event (or run from anywhere)
• A global run with no finish line — the virtual Catcher Car in the app chases everyone at the same time worldwide. When it reaches you, your race is over.
• 100% of proceeds go to spinal cord injury research
• Our Tavira route: 2.5 km loop through the salinas, starting at Mercado Municipal
• Distance examples: walkers ~1 loop // 6:30/km ~13 km // 5:30/km ~20 km (non-stop)
• We will have a refreshment stand so you can fuel and rest in between loops, so in reality, your overall distance will be much less. There is no pressure to achieve high kms!

• Participe no nosso evento em Tavira (ou corra a partir de qualquer lugar)
• Uma corrida global sem linha de chegada — o «Catcher Car» virtual na aplicação persegue todos os participantes ao mesmo tempo, em todo o mundo. Quando o alcançar, a sua corrida termina.
• 100% das receitas revertem para a investigação sobre lesões na medula espinhal
• O nosso percurso em Tavira: circuito de 2,5 km pelas salinas, com partida no Mercado Municipal
• Exemplos de distâncias: caminhantes ~1 volta / 6:30/km ~13 km // 5:30/km ~20 km (sem paragens)
• Teremos um posto de avituallamento para que possa reabastecer e descansar entre as voltas; assim, na realidade, a sua distância total será muito menor. Não há qualquer pressão para atingir quilómetros elevados!
