Integrada no curso Laboratory Practices with Bio-Materials, esta sessão abre excecionalmente a participantes externos e é uma oportunidade única de explorar os organismos da zona entremarés.
No dia 19 de abril, domingo de manhã, realizamos uma saída de campo à Praia das Avencas, em período de maré baixa, com o Biólogo João Canilho Santos.
Ao longo da atividade, os participantes terão a oportunidade de observar outras formas de biodiversidade características das zonas entremarés, reconhecendo a riqueza e importância destes habitats. Uma experiência de contacto direto com a natureza, que promove o conhecimento e a valorização do nosso património natural costeiro.

Part of the Laboratory Practices with Bio-Materials course, this session exceptionally opens its doors to external participants — a rare chance to explore the life the ocean hides between the tides.
On Sunday, April 19th, we head out to Praia das Avencas for a morning field trip during low tide, with the Biologist João Canilho Santos.
Throughout the activity, participants will have the chance to observe the many forms of biodiversity characteristic of intertidal zones, gaining a deeper appreciation for the richness and importance of these habitats. A hands-on experience in nature that fosters knowledge and respect for our coastal natural heritage.
