Por que é que as plantas nos fazem sentir tão bem e o que podemos aprender com elas?

Este workshop de duas horas explora o que acontece no nosso cérebro quando interagimos com a natureza, abordando temas como atenção, criatividade, regulação do stress, humor e relacionamentos. Combinaremos conhecimentos da neurociência com jardinagem prática, para que você saia com compreensão e ferramentas práticas para se conectar mais profundamente com as plantas e a natureza.

Não é necessário ter conhecimentos científicos, basta ter curiosidade e vontade de colocar as mãos na terra.

Sobre a facilitadora

Marion Oberhuber, doutorada em Neurociência e fundadora do The Plant Wisdom Project. Trabalha na área da tecnologia da saúde mental e, paralelamente, adora explorar como as plantas restauram a atenção, libertam a criatividade e nos ajudam a pensar de forma diferente. Why do plants make us feel so good, and what can we learn from them?

This 2-hour workshop explores what happens in our brain when we engage with nature , covering attention, creativity, stress regulation, mood and relationships. We’ll combine neuroscience insights with hands-on gardening, so you leave with both understanding and practical tools to connect more deeply with plants and nature.

No science background needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands in soil.
