**Join us for a special edition of Female Founders, introducing our new ambassador for Cascais:** [Tania Timkova,](https://www.linkedin.com/in/creator-tania-timkova/) an internationally known coach & facilitator working with founders and leaders through change, complexity, and growth.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how principles from Design Thinking and Designing Your Life methodology (DYL) can help founders reframe uncertainty, make better decisions, and move forward without burning out.

**Please arrive punctually to participate in the introduction round and networking.**
