Come and join us for a relaxed morning of connection and conversation with like-minded mothers in a beautiful, private garden oasis. It’s a chance to unwind, share some food, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
These gatherings will offer:

A chance to connect with a supportive circle of fellow moms.
An inspiring mix of short well-being practices and science-based tips to help us feel more empowered in our daily lives.
Each breakfast will include a short heartfelt talk and a simple, grounding practice rooted in the neuroscience of well-being, offering gentle tools to nurture your mind and soul.

THE NEUROSCIENCE OF RESILIENCE
I’ll share practical tips on how to nurture resilience in our brains and guide a short yet powerful meditation designed to activate and strengthen brain areas related to mental resilience. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast together.
A little about me: I’m Naianna, a neuroscientist passionate about brain development, self-healing, and rewiring the brain using different meditation styles. Through my work at Neurocompatible Living, I combine the latest insights from neuroscience with practical tools to care for our minds and bodies.
