The SheSapiens Team curated a full day of activities with which you can ground, get inspired and launch your brand in 2025 with professionalism.

Guided Meditation & Grounding Exercise: Connect with the serene beach atmosphere and set intentions for the day.
Leadership Talks by Barbara Veiga: Discover how to align your personal brand with purpose and creativity.
A Workshop with Elisabete Fernandes: “Stress-Free Branding with Joy and Authenticity.”
A Session with Sónia Silva: “Amplify Your Brand Through Your Voice.” Learn techniques to use your voice as a powerful tool for storytelling and connection.

🎨 Afternoon Session:
Circle Breathing and Connection: Reconnect with the group through breathing exercises, dance, and a shared envisioning of the future.
Envisioning the Future: Small group discussions on values, time, resources, and dignity. Share insights and co-create ideas for the future.
Let’s Get Messy! Back to Creativity: Express the power of community through art. Each participant will receive a large canvas (1.8m x 1m) and materials to draw, paint, or write a poem. Reflect on where humanity has been and where it’s going. Take your masterpiece home as a keepsake.
Photoshoot: Capture your transformation and essence as part of our Women Movement project.
🌸 Closing Ceremony: A beautiful ritual to honour the day and celebrate the GENESIS of 2025.
🌟 Your Hosts and Facilitators:
Barbara Veiga – Main Facilitator and Event Host: Renowned Brazilian performing artist, environmental activist, and author of Seven Years in Seven Seas, Barbara brings her passion for meaningful connection and creativity to the heart of Genesis 2025. With 25 years of experience working with organizations like Greenpeace and Sea Shepherd, Barbara is dedicated to inspiring transformation by blending art, activism, and storytelling. She will guide the day’s journey, empowering you to align your personal brand with your authentic values and purpose.
Suzane Pinheiro – Capturing the Essence of Transformation. A multi-talented artivist, anthropologist, and executor of the Real Women Movement, Suzane creates safe spaces for connection and self-expression. As she is sharing the message of the Women Movement project, she will document the day through her lens, capturing the essence and transformation of each participant in a personal and empowering photoshoot.
Elisabete Fernandes – Branding and Stress Relief Expert: Creator of the “Fall in Laugh” program, Elisabete will teach you how to build an authentic brand while finding joy and ease in the process.
Sónia Silva – Voice and Communication Coach: A TEDxLisboa Speakers Coach, Sónia will guide you in using your voice to amplify your brand and strengthen your connection with others.
