About this event

As part of the European Circalgae project, the second annual workshop is being organised jointly with the European MULTISTR3AM projectThe focus will be on the best practices on the production and sustainability of microalgae in Europe.It will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 22 October 2024 in Lisbon at A4F’s facilities and also online.

A4F, NECTON and ALGATECH have already confirmed their participation as speakers.

A bout the CIRCALGAE project

This Horizon Europe project CIRCALGAE has a goal to develop sustainable algae-based biorefineries and products supporting the health of aquatic ecosystems for a healthy planet and people.

It aims to valorize the massively produced, but at the same time under-exploited algal biomass into high value-added ingredients for the feed, food and cosmetic applications.
