This retreat has a unique design and it comes to Portugal for the first time!
👁️ Through the use of the Koan, it will allow you to do a deep work of work and begin to live in harmony with yourself and with what simply is.
⁉️ The Koan is a paradoxical affirmation or question used in Zen Buddhism as a meditation technique and which in this retreat will be used in a “modern key” and combined with active meditations, useful insights and moments of rest and integration.
