In 2021, he founded Internations *Madrid New Digital Economy* group, which brings together expats and professionals to exchange ideas and learn more about the world of blockchain and crypto. Oscar is a learning facilitator and career advisor for executives at MIT and CEO of Eurocoaching, a company that works with tech companies and startups to increase their value by improving people experience.
