ICEER 2026 (The 13th International Conference on Energy and Environment Research) is a joint organization of the School of Engineering (ISEP) of the Polytechnic of Porto (P.Porto) and SCIEI, and will be held at Porto, Portugal during July 15-17, 2026.
The objective of ICEER 2026 is to function as a platform where engineers, researchers, and specialists from academic institutions, research centers, and industries worldwide can converge to discuss and present the latest advancements and applications pertinent to the challenges posed by energy and environmental research. The primary areas of interest at ICEER encompass, but are not limited to, Energy, Environment, and Education for Sustainable Development.

Conference Publication
Reviewed and registered papers after the appropriate presentation will be published in Environmental Science and Engineering as a proceedings book volume, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, SCImago, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, etc. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
Submissions
1. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the Oral / Poster / Oral Flash/ presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings. Papers will not be published without author’s presentation.
2. Extended Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the Poster presentation only at the conference. The abstract will only be printed in the Conference Program/Book of Extended Abstracts.
* Authors are required to submit full paper for reviewing if they want Oral Presentation.
