Hi everyone, I’m Margarita, and **I** **warmly invite you to a sound meditation specially crafted for digital workers**. Join me in taking a conscious pause from your screens, step away from the endless to-do list, and experience a true digital detox, together.
In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll be gently immersed in the vibrations of my very special, favorite singing bowl, handcrafted in Tibet a long time ago! But don’t worry, there are no esoteric concepts in our session — think of it as a practical tool to calm your nervous system, melting away the physical tension in your shoulders and the mental clutter in your head. I still get so excited every time I play this antique rich instrument, and I’m thrilled to offer you this unique, sensory experience!
Beyond the individual journey, there’s room for connection: after the session, I’ll invite you to reflect and share your impressions over a warm cup of tea. It’s more than just a meditation — it’s a chance to ground yourself, reset, and reconnect with yourself and others.

**And here are some technical notes:**
• Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, and also something warm to wear. Some mats and blankets are available at the studio (around 5-6 of them), but I’m not sure how many people to expect.
• I decided to make this event donation-based. I suggest 20€, but you’re welcome to contribute any amount you are comfortable with at the end of the session.
