This isn’t just another After Work gathering — on Wednesday, 15th of October, we’re kicking off our very first Spark Session during the After Work Drinks at LACS Porto – Boavista.
Our guest for this premiere session is a very sparkling girl... She is a star!
Simge İçen, a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher in training who combines her background in the technology sector with a passion for helping people navigate stress and burnout.
💡 Mindful Self-Compassion: Essentials Workshop
In this 2-hour interactive session, you’ll experience:
🌱 A gentle introduction to the science and practice of self-compassion
🌱 Practical exercises to soften self-criticism and soothe difficult emotions
🌱 Guided mindfulness practices to connect with yourself with more kindness
🌱 Everyday tools to bring balance and resilience into work and life

Because sometimes the harshest standards we face come from within. This session offers a new way forward — to shift from constant self-judgement toward kindness, resilience, and inner balance.
