**19:15** — **Unpacking ChatGPT: is AGI that close?**
In this talk we will explore the fundamentals of artificial neural networks and break all known ChatGPT parts into basic math constructs that might be easier to understand. After that we can argue that, although these LLMs got very general in the task of language understanding, we are already reaching a plateau in the quality of the models. This stagnation shows how far they are from a true general intelligence, capable of inventing and adapting to new scenarios.
Felipe is a backend software engineer with diverse experience in industry and academia. He’s currently working at the outbound campaigns team at Five9. From an academic perspective, his main topic was artificial intelligence, and in his talk, he will walk us through the foundation basis of the Large Language Model.

What will democracy look like if you can participate in decision-making processes at any time, anywhere from your mobile device in an inclusive and trustworthy way?
Jordi is a Computer engineer focused on decentralized governance.
Currently contributing to the Vocdoni project. Prev: Aragon, Caelum Labs, NTT Data.
Master degree professor at Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
