Lynn’s Yin Yoga class offers a gentle yet profound practice that invites you to slow down and drop into your body and your full experience. During our time together, we’ll explore the art of navigating our edges—the subtle thresholds where comfort meets challenge. With each pose, we’ll practice the art of listening—to our breath, our sensations, and the whispers of our hearts. Through long-held stretches and mindful breathing, we’ll unravel tension stored deep within the body, creating space for release and renewal. All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held by the gentle embrace of Yin Yoga.
