About this event
An active meditation to **awake all your creative energy** found in your pelvic cage, your sexual energy, activating all your energy points, dissolving blockages and allowing your vibrational frequency to increase while putting in balance your male and female.
**Your sexual energy is what allows you to give life to any kind of project you** have, bringing heaven to earth, where you receive the information you need and gives shape in the mater.
**This active meditation is divided in 4 stages:**
**Vibration:** Let your body vibrate with no limitation, allowing his movement in a natural way where the creative energy begins to be distributed throughout the body reaching the ecstasy.
It is about **eliminating your solidity**, your inflexibility, your limitations, go beyond the border of your human mind, become liquid, fluid and crystalline water. Let yourself be carried away by the music. May your body follow your being and not your mind.
**Dance:** Become the dance! Dance, move as you wish, feel how all the energy unlocked in the first stage begins to move sweetly throughout your body. Enjoy this sensual sensation.
**Immobility**: Stay immobile, nothing affects you, a stage where you observe both your interior and your exterior, without trying to change it. You are just an observer; you don’t change anything.
**Silence or death:** Everything lived in the previous stages is anchored in your being, renounce, let go and surrender until you hear the gongs.
In the middle of the Porto with view towards the river at Parque das Virtudes, connecting with the earth and nature so when you activate your creative energy, you bring the information you require and sow it into the earth.
A perfect place to unite the internal with the external.
