Are you concerned about your colleagues’ technical skills advancing while your own development seems to have plateaued?

You’ll get tips and tricks that can make a tangible difference. By exploring cases from Daria’s and her fellow managers’ experiences as team leads, you will better understand whether this role is suitable for you and how to overcome the most typical obstacles that you may have at the beginning of your journey.
