**What if your outreach messages to candidates converted 10% more?**
Suppose you’re hiring for 1 position. You found 5 candidates on LinkedIn who could be good candidates. The challenge is simple: **what message could you write to get them to speak to you?**
This is a hands-on online workshop where we will build an AI sourcing assistant together in real time. You will build an agent that will help you write effective messages tailored to each candidate.
The messages will be personalised. But most importantly, they’ll be relevant for each candidate. Because relevance beats personalisation every time.
For this workshop you do not need any coding skills. In fact, all you need is your laptop and curiosity. At best, a paid ChatGPT or Claude account would be helpful to follow along and build along as we go.
By the end of the session you will have your own working assistant that can help you with sourcing tasks.
