**About the Online Coworking Session for Freelancers, Creators, and the Odd Person Out**
This session is all about **building accountability** and creating a productive environment for people from all walks of life who resonate with the group’s mantra of working smart and staying on track. If you’re looking for a space to get things done, stay motivated, and connect with others on the same journey, this session is for you.
**How It Works:**
1. **Join & Share Your Goal:** When you join, you’ll share your goal for the session. It could be anything from writing a blog post to coding a new feature, or even brainstorming ideas. Whatever you aim to accomplish, the focus is on setting a clear intention.
2. **Pomodoro Work Blocks:** You’ll work for 50 minutes in a focused “Pomodoro” style—deep concentration with a clear goal in mind.
3. **Break Time:** After each work block, take a 10-minute break to:
* Reflect on what you accomplished or discuss any challenges you faced.
* Take care of your personal needs: grab a snack, stretch, go to the bathroom, or simply chat.
* If you’re on a roll and don’t want to take a break, feel free to keep working!
4. **Optional Networking:** During breaks, you’ll have the chance to interact with other participants, share progress, or just unwind.
5. **Flexible Duration:** At the end of the 2-hour session, you have the choice to either continue working with the group for more time or wrap it up and go on with your day. It’s all about flexibility and your personal choice.
Whether you prefer to keep your camera on or off, it’s entirely up to you. The focus is on productivity, accountability, and community, but how you participate is your decision.
