Online event / presentation on “How to Price a Property”. This event is not to be missed and therefore I’ll run it twice — *Tuesday 10/09/24 at 7pm & Saturday 14/09/24 at 11am*.
Pricing a property is the biggest concern for all buyer’s, especially first-time buyers. And no wonder as there are ten phases involved in finding and purchasing a property! Evaluation is only a small part of the process and I want to show you how you can get started with that.
This will be long, interesting and very informative, so get your pens and coffees ready!
**We’ll cover how to** narrow properties down, gather evidence and, of course, price. I’ll also point some mistakes to avoid and give you other tips.
**In the second part** I’ll talk about Buyer’s Agent services I offer, which is also a learning experience in itself, and then I’ll take your questions.
