About this event
Join us for a weekly workshop with meditation to grow, evolve and to build a deeper connection to yourself.
You’ll **learn more about yourself** as we dive into different topics each week (e.g. self-acceptance, stress regulation, emotions, intuition).
**What to expect?**
* to **arrive**, we do a short exercise to connect to your breath and to your inner world before I share some **input** about connecting deeper to yourself in your daily life
* before the meditation, you’ll be guided through some **somatic exercises** to ground yourself and to arrive in your body
* the meditation (20-25 minutes) is guided and is going to be accompanied by **relaxing music**. The meditation differs every week depending on what’s needed in the group, e.g. relaxation, release, feeling emotions, heart connection...
* there is the opportunity to **share** in the circle at the beginning and at the end of the session (this is invitational and optional)
My intention is to support you in coming back to your intuition, heart, emotions and body — simply put: yourself — since we can loose that connection so easily in our everyday life.

**Event contribution**
The session costs 10€.
You can pay via Paypal, Mbway or Revolut.
**Where do we meet?**
The session takes place online via **Zoom**. You’ll receive the Zoom-Link upon sign-up.
**About the facilitator**
I am Tessa, psychologist (M.Sc.) and spiritual coach (trained in meditation, energy work and trauma-informed somatic embodiment). In my work I combine psychology (mind) with spirituality (soul) and somatic practices (body).
