Hello! 👋
My name is Maria. I’m a massage therapist with 8 years of experience, and I would love to organize online and offline workshops for anyone who wants to improve their massage skills and learn new techniques.
This is an introductory space for learning massage. You can bring your partner or friend with you. Learn how to give massages to each other or provide a full-body massage to one person.
Afterward, I’ll ask for your feedback ☺️.
The workshop will last for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group’s dynamics. There will be enough time for everyone. 🥰
As a result, you’ll be able to massage each other every day! You’ll learn:
\- Which points to press\,
\- The right amount of pressure to apply\,
\- Different types of touches\,
\- Comfortable and efficient massage positions\,
\- Various techniques\,
\- Different situations where you can use massage\.
We will also discuss aspects of your intimate life and techniques you can incorporate. I’ll guide you through exercises and practices that have helped me in my daily life.
We’ll talk about managing travel time and how you can support each other while traveling. Additionally, we’ll discuss living a healthy daily life and how you can improve it, making it more calm and fulfilling.
