The Speaker: Helene Guillaume
From getting fired to raising $4M and building an AI and femtech company, Helene Guillaume’s journey is one of conviction and seeing what others overlooked. Trained as a data scientist, she began her career in finance and consulting, working across hedge funds and corporations including Bank of America. But after being let go from several roles, she decided to stop working for others and start solving a problem she understood firsthand.
After noticing that female health data was largely ignored, she launched Wild.AI, an API turning wearable data into women’s health insights, driven by her experience as both an athlete and a data scientist. Despite early skepticism from investors, Wild.AI raised $4M, collected over 20 million data points, and partnered with leading players in the wearable ecosystem. In 2025, Wild.AI exited to Zepp Health, a publicly listed company. Along the way, Helene was recognized by Garmin, Women’s Health, and was named among the most influential women in AI.
