The Speaker: Ana Pelucarte
From having to flee Venezuela as a child to building an 8‑figure creative agency, Ana Pelucarte’s journey is one of reinvention, audacity, and turning adversity into momentum. After leaving Venezuela, she studied engineering and product design across the U.S. and Europe, eventually moving to New York to work in design strategy. But at 24, frustrated by uninspiring retail and driven by a restless entrepreneurial spirit, she started working nights and weekends on what would become Pop Up Mob.
What began as an experiment soon led to a breakout opportunity: a pop up for Women’s Wear Daily featuring over 100 brands in one year. Today, Pop Up Mob is powered by a team of 35 designing and producing pop up experiences for leading global brands. Clients include LVMH, L’Oréal, Casamigos, Unilever, and Beyoncé’s Cécred. The team has activated experiences in NYC, LA, Austin, London, and the Middle East, earning recognition from Adweek, Forbes, and BizBash.
Join us for a conversation with Ana as she shares how she scaled without funding, and how fleeting moments, when designed with purpose, can leave a lasting impact.
