In this meetup, three attendees will share their perspectives based on their real-life experiences in buying property and navigating the real estate market.

1. *Margarida Neves* – Portuguese real estate investor with experience in the Portuguese property market. A regular attendee of our meetup for the past two years.
2. *Jorge Araújo* – Portuguese Product Manager, who recently bought his first home in Lisbon and has experience with current property market conditions.
3. *Przemek Bogusz* – originally from Poland, with 10+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, focusing on sourcing, acquiring, and optimizing high-return properties for flipping or rental income.
