Celia spent 16 years managing strategic vendor relationships at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Nestlé, Danone, and Zurich Insurance. Throughout her career, she worked closely with technical leaders who were responsible for vendor relationships but had never been formally trained in vendor management. They were expected to “manage the relationship” once contracts were signed, yet no one had equipped them with the tools or structure to do it effectively.
To bridge this gap, Celia created the SGAR Framework — a structured, repeatable approach to vendor governance that empowers professionals to manage vendors confidently, even when vendor management isn’t their core role.
