This full-day, immersive masterclass empowers participants to create intelligent, scalable AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio. The workshop is designed for professionals eager to explore real-world applications, build actionable solutions, and gain practical skills in designing, deploying, and refining AI agents. By the end of the session, participants will have created a functional AI-powered Helpdesk Bot and learned best practices for integration, security, and personalization.

1. Introduction to AI-Powered Solutions
- Overview of Copilot Studio and how it enhances automation workflows.
- Real-world applications: Examples of AI solutions driving business transformation (e.g., customer support, IT service desk).
2. Setting Up the Environment
- Installing and configuring tools for Copilot Studio.
- Connecting to Microsoft Azure/M365 and integrating APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph).
Hands-On Lab:
- Configure the environment for Copilot Studio projects.
- Validate Azure connectivity and set up project repositories.
3. Building the Foundation: A Simple FAQ Bot
- Explore interface, features, and integrations of Copilot Studio.
Hands-On Lab:
- Build a basic “FAQ Bot” using a dataset of frequently asked questions.
- Train the bot for accuracy and deploy it to Microsoft Teams for live interaction.
4. Advanced Features & Helpdesk Bot Development
- Understanding Conversational Flows: Create workflows for dynamic user interactions.

Hands-On Lab:
