Espressolab Portugal and Tripnly are teaming up for something intimate, insightful, and seriously coffee-focused. An evening where coffee knowledge meets hands-on learning, led by master roaster Ramon Gondim, and you walk away brewing better than you ever thought possible.
🗓️ Thursday, October 23rd, 6 PM to 8 PM at Espressolab Baixa. Limited to 50 coffee lovers ready to level up their home brewing game.

☕ How to choose my coffee? — Origins, roasts, profiles, decoded
50 minutes of deep coffee knowledge + 10 minutes Q&A + 60 minutes to connect over what you just learned.
Your Instructor: Ramon Gondim
Roast Master by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) program, pre-Q-Grader CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) certified, and a coffee consultant with over 9 years in quality control, tasting, and barista training. Ramon doesn’t just teach coffee, he lives it.
