It’s about mastering the art of effective communication and aligning with others to achieve shared goals. While the focus is on B2B sales, the principles we’ll discuss are just as relevant to marketing and other forms of communication, as they center around how we connect with people.

**About Job :**
**Job Baltes** has a diverse professional background, spanning from sales to theater. He began his career in sales, starting with roles such as selling dog food at markets and door-to-door internet services. For the past year, he has been a freelance marketer, specializing in B2B sales of marketing software. Prior to his sales career, Job graduated from theater school as an actor and has extensive experience teaching theater classes to a variety of individuals. His mission is to share his knowledge and experience to help others improve their communication skills, enabling them to navigate personal and professional challenges with greater ease and success.
