Lu Li is the founder of Seersy, a performance strategy consultancy that helps founders and teams work smater and collaborate more effectively. With a focus on aligning personal energy with business goals, Lu combines insights from Human Design to develop practical tools and strategies for improving team dynamics and leadership.
Kim Arazi is a Communications Coach, ExO Innovation Coach, Startup Advisor and the founder of innosensi — a ‘sensory innovation’ studio that fuels creativity and innovation through multisensory and somatic experiences designed to help us reconnect to our true essence. Always searching for new ways to help us become more conscious and connected, she is starting to integrate the empirical practice of Human Design — a comprehensive and personalized map of our unique energy and life blueprint that guides us towards self-awareness, personal growth, and empowerment — into her work.
