## **💪** **It’s simple — men sitting in a circle talking about life**
## **💪 Mission:**
Our mission is to support men to thrive and face the challenges in their lives. Through inspiring facilitation, co-creation and the practice of healthy self-expression, we aim to create connection, encourage personal growth and a sense of belonging for men in Lisbon.
## **💪 Who is this for?**
Men who are seeking support, community, to make friends, to be listened to, a nonjudgmental environment, personal growth, validation, perspective, seeking a sense of belonging and to feel accepted. Our Men’s Circle is usually attended by men ranging from age 20 to 55+.
## **💪 What we do?**
At our weekly session on Tuesday we start with a simple warm up which can be passing questions around the circle, a meditation or movement exercise. The second part of the meeting is a sharing circle where all men that have turned up will have a chance, should they wish, to share something current for them.
Some regular topics that come up in individual sharing include: being away from family, loneliness, struggling with addictions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, dating struggles, therapy and much more.
The best thing to do is come along and see — you are invited to attend your **first session FOR FREE**!
\*Sessions are held in English.
\*Once per month, we invite a guest speaker to do a themed session.

**19h** \- Men’s Circle in a back meeting room
**21h onwards** \- optional socializing at the restaurant\.
