Junte-se a nós no dia 19 de outubro para a Conferência Bridge AI 2024, onde apresentaremos os primeiros resultados do projeto Bridge AI e debateremos os desafios mais urgentes na implementação da regulação da Inteligência Artificial.
Sobre o Bridge AI
O Bridge AI, fundado por jovens gestores de ciência e liderado pela Professora Helena Moniz, nasceu da ambição de colocar Portugal na vanguarda da implementação do Regulamento Europeu da Inteligência Artificial (AI Act), mostrando que é possível liderar estes esforços e criar um ecossistema único e acelerador da inovação responsável.
O projeto é coordenado pelo INESC-ID, em colaboração com a Fundação Champalimaud e a Unbabel, e pretende criar pontes entre o mundo académico, empresarial e o setor público para refletir sobre as implicações do AI Act e apoiar os decisores políticos na sua implementação.
Sobre a Conferência
A Conferência Bridge AI reunirá académicos, empresários, decisores políticos, e cidadãos interessados para ouvir e debater com as vozes mais proeminentes na regulação da IA. Este evento contará com a apresentação dos resultados preliminares do estudo do Bridge AI, palestras e debates com especialistas internacionais e os principais decisores nacionais.

Bridge AI Conference: Portugal at the Forefront of AI Regulation
Join us on October 19 for the Bridge AI 2024 Conference, where we will present the first results of the Bridge AI project and discuss the most pressing challenges in implementing Artificial Intelligence regulation.
About Bridge AI
Bridge AI, founded by young science managers and led by Professor Helena Moniz, was born out of the ambition to place Portugal at the forefront of the implementation of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act), showing that it is possible to lead these efforts and create a unique ecosystem that accelerates responsible innovation.
The project is coordinated by INESC-ID, in collaboration with the Champalimaud Foundation and Unbabel, and aims to create bridges between the academic world, business and the public sector to reflect on the implications of the AI Act and support policymakers in its implementation.
About the conference
The Bridge AI Conference will bring together academics, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and interested citizens to listen to and debate with the most prominent voices in AI regulation. This event will feature the presentation of the preliminary results of the Bridge AI study, talks and debates with international experts and key national decision-makers.
