Workshop topics:
Build a powerful posture and walk exercises. Giving you the techniques to walk with self-confidence and feel your personal power.
Master your body language. Understanding the impact of nonverbal communication, and how you can use it to reach your goals. Practicing executive presence.
Please wear comfortable shoes or sneakers AND bring high heel shoes.
You’ll also learn new tools and the Yuology step by step framework to apply to your career + life and meet new supportive women in the community.
