A soulful and practical workshop for solo-entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives and self-led humans who want to manage their energy, avoid burnout, and stay connected to what really matters. You’ll explore how to recognize stress patterns, set better boundaries, and navigate daily chaos with more clarity and calm.
