To keep it up, a growing team requires a well-tuned newcomers adaptation process. For about two years Devexperts is making this process more pleasant and less painful for its colleagues. Ilia Zuev, Interface Designer at Devexperts, will share their tested practices and tools and reveal the story behind them — the experience that can help overcome a number of onboarding challenges.
### About Ilia
My design journey started about 8 years ago with graphics which later turned into web design and finally to interfaces and user interaction engineering. Besides, I welcome newcomers and guide them through the initial onboarding process to help them feel comfortable and productive.
