A psychedelic experience, without the psychedelics. A **soothing and calming** experience, allowing you to experience profound states of peace and relaxation.
In this private and intimate space you will **get in touch with your higher self** in order to get the information that will help you with whatever you might be dealing with in your life.
**How the experience will go:**
* *It’s going to be a full 1 hr immersive experience into breath work, sound healing, and connection to your higher self.*
We will start with a very special breathing techniques to reconnect to your higher self and ancestors;
Guided by sound and vibration of 18 Tibetan bells, we will journey into the world of dreams and subconscious to receive the information that will help you in this moment of life;
We will close the experience with a sharing circle and several tips for you to have bright and vivid dreams the night after the experience;

**Who will guide the experience:**
I’m Lilly, a regression hypnotherapist, sound healer, reiki master teacher, martial arts teacher, psychedelic guide and a micro dosing coach. My clients range from creatives to entrepreneurs, and I’m always committed to giving my best in every moment of my work. I believe that healing doesn’t happen with an external force, but comes from within and I’m passionate to empower individuals through my work to become their own medicine.
