About this event
I am a Mindful-based CBT psychotherapist and I offer art therapy to learn about oneself and the deepest problems in a very relaxed manner.
As a psychotherapist, I help people look at the world from a different angle, and art is a great way for me to quickly see your traumas and for you to quickly resolve them by creating certain exercises with your art. It is an incredible technique that fits very well with people who feel that they do not want to go to individual therapy or have a hard time articulating their problems. It is great for children too! I decided to make group sessions to make it affordable to a wider range of people and also make therapy seem lighter than it is. You are not alone, there are many like you, and there is a fun way to solve your issues:)
You need to confirm your presence in advance by explaining what you paid for and what session. There should be at least 3 participants for an event to happen. I will confirm the event to you by e-mail.
