Kathryn’s bio:
Kathryn McGaughey is the founder of KM&Co., a Virtual Assistant Agency that has been empowering wellness brands since launching during the pandemic in 2020.
Kathryn leads a virtual team from the UK & Ireland, offering a range of services, including Social Media Management, administrative support and online course creation.
With a background in customer service & events coordination within the fitness industry, Kathryn’s journey led her to discover her passion for supporting wellness entrepreneurs. The company’s mission is to “help those who help others,” creating a ripple effect of well-being in both a personal and professional manner.
KM&Co.’s approach to virtual assistance emphasises not just task completion, but also supporting entrepreneurs in finding balance, feeling supported and enjoying their business journey.
Kathryn is currently working on a new project to help those who want to move away from traditional employment and live a more flexible lifestyle.
