Welcome to the fifth meeting of the 2nd Season of Polyamory Perspectives Porto.
For this iteration, we are proposing a new topic for all of us to think about and share our views during the meeting, which we picked up from reading Martha Kauppi’s *Polyamory*: *A Clinical Toolkit for Therapists (and Their Clients)* — **three aspects of differentiation:**
“1. The ability to look inside yourself and identify what you feel, think, believe, and prefer, separate from what anyone else might think, prefer, or want from you.
2\. The ability to hold steady while you communicate your unique thoughts\, feelings\, perceptions\, and desires to another person\, regardless of what you imagine their response might be\.
3\. The ability to hold steady and access genuine curiosity and empathy when someone tells you something about their thoughts\, beliefs\, and perceptions that you find difficult to hear\.”
In this session, we will discuss the notion of differentiation in polyamory relationships.
Whether you’re polyamorous, in an open relationship, or simply curious about exploring ethical non-monogamy, this event provides a safe and welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals.
Come sip some drinks while chatting and socializing with others who share your respect and ethical non-monogamy values.
The event will be held at Capela Incomum, located on the last floor (up the stairs!).

Nesta sessão, iremos discutir o conceito de diferenciação nas relaçoes poliamorosas.
Quer sejas uma pessoa poliamorosa, estejas num relacionamento aberto ou simplesmente curiosa em explorar a não-monogamia ética, este evento oferece um espaço seguro e acolhedor para te conectares com pessoas que pensam como tu.
Vem tomar uma bebida enquanto conversas e socializas com outras pessoas que compartilham os teus valores de respeito e não-monogamia ética.
O meet-up será na Capela Incomum, estaremos no último andar (subindo as escadas!). Esperamos ver-te por lá e ouvir as tuas perspetivas sobre diferenciação.
