Everyone is invited to dance! Come and learn to dance with us. Through Salsa and Bachata classes, we aim to share the joy and culture of Latin dances in a friendly and fun atmosphere. We start with a warm-up, body exercises and basic movements, and then move on to the different steps of each style.
20:00-21:00 — Bachata fusion beginners
21:00-22:00 — Salsa Beginners
Prices:
1 lesson = 4 euros
2 lessons = 6 euros.

Dancing is an almost primitive instinct that precedes even language; through dance, we connect with ourselves and with other people. In addition, dancing offers many benefits for health in general, strengthening bones, muscles and memory. Movement improves our posture due to the learning process, improves synapses between neurons and creates new neuronal connections. When dancing, our brain generates various hormones, such as serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins and even dopamine!
