Marketing and media hype seems to favor buzz and sensationalism, what about its fundamental aspects?
This talk proposes to simply introduce what Web3 is to POs and PMs and begins to demystify it. The first part of the talk will lay the foundations of Web3. Then, in a second step, we will discuss what managing a Web3 product looks like from the inside, and what are the main difficulties of developing a product in this industry.
About the Speaker:
Stéphan Babou is a freelance Product Coach.
After working in the startup ecosystem with several companies like Rocket Internet, Delivery Hero and in consulting, he co-led the product launch of BNPP’s asset tokenization department. He also trained more than 300 PMs over the last 5 years on the best practices in Product.
