About this eventGinny Evans-Pollard’s improv workshop for the workplace is a free online taster to build better communication and confidence. Ginny combines knowledge of improvisational theatre with Lisprovisers: improv workshops and her extensive experience as a coach with Career Movers. The aim is to work together with entrepreneurs and employees on their communication and collaboration skills. Or individuals who are looking to change their career and just need that confidence boost improv can offer to make the change and shift their mindset.

HOW WILL THE SESSION GO?
This will be an interactive session.
We’ll do a short ice-breaker, then do some self-reflection exercises on the current skills then we’ll discuss them in break out rooms.
Have a discussion about the current challenges you face and what actions you might take to get there.
Some improv exercises in break out room with reflections.
Finally, they’ll be a short live coaching session of 10-15 min.
Bring a pen and paper to write with or your laptop to type on.
You need a laptop, iPad or phone to join the zoom session.
