Lisbon Meditation Club is online too! Join me for an afternoon (in Lisbon) session on Mondays from the comfort of your own home. We will start with an inspirational quote, do a few stretches and then meditate together.
Our online group will practice the same breath as the in-person group, so it will give you an opportunity to deepen your practice.
