**This month’s guest**
Joining us to kick off the conversation is [Don Goodman-Wilson](https://don.goodman-wilson.com/). Previously with the developer relations teams at [Slack](https://slack.com/), [GitHub](https://github.com/), and [Sqreen](https://www.sqreen.com/), and now running his own consultancy at [Katsudon.tech](https://katsudon.tech/), Don has been building developer communities for nearly a decade.
**Event format**
The DevRel Salon isn’t your usual meetup. There are no lectures, no speakers. Rather, we want to put the focus on **you**. The format is open conversation about what’s on *your* mind. Come with questions, stories, and experiences. Each event, we have a featured guest who will share their story to get the conversation started, but the format is intended to be highly interactive for everyone.
