Morning Organic Vinyasa Yoga Flow, 60 mns
**What is Organic flow Vinyasa?**
It’s a yoga classe based on Vinyasa Yoga infused with somatic approach and mobility movements interlacing each other.
It’s an invitation of being curious, moving according to your breath, with an emphasis on sensing the breath and experiencing fluid sequences from an inner point of view, gradually going deeper, eventually challenging yourself while cultivating kindness and mindfulness.
This course aims to accommodate all levels, beginners included (but with good overall mobility). Anyway, Vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice so I encourage everyone to modulate their practice at their own pace.
LOCATION
Organic Flow Yoga Studio
Address: Rua Almeida e Sousa, nr.3 — Last floor (3 andar). Last floor.
Once you enter inside the Studio, our practice room is UPSTAIRS.
IMPORTANT: Please, booking is mandatory prior to the class
to be sure there is spots left (as regular students don’t use Meet-Up anymore) and that the class is happening :)

Some advices:
* Come 5 mns before the class, the studio opens 10 mns before the start.
* Avoid eating a lot before practicing, eating light is better.
* Bring eventually a sweater or something warmer for the end of the class (relaxation) (We provide organic blankets too)
* The Yoga Studio is fully equipped
* Please enter and move inside the Studio quietly as it’s possible that there is another session already going on (in the other practice room or in the therapeutic room).
Payment on-site: 11 euros (Pass 5 classes), 15 euros otherwise
