About this event
Wing Chun in Lisbon for beginners and up. Traditional Chinese martial art taught for self defence and wellness. It’s a great way to keep in shape, relieve stress and grow. All in a friendly, welcoming and safe environment.
Its use of soft, relaxed techniques means this art can be applied by women and men, large and small, young and old alike.
Instructor has 15 years Wing Chun experience and was assistant instructor at wingchunlondon.co.uk before moving to Lisbon.
Saturday sessions will be free of charge! The goal is to build a community of Wing Chun practioners here in Lisbon and offer more sessions as we grow.
We will be covering the core fundamentals of Wing Chun. The way to get good is to take things slow, relax and repeat, repeat, repeat.
We will build to the fun stuff!
