Vinyasa Yoga Flow — Upper Studio

60 mns classe in english or french according to the participants

Energizing Organic Flow

A vinyasa class that offer the same approach than the Morning Flow, with a zest of CHALLENGE while still moving mindfully with the breath.

Options will be offered so that everyone can work within his range of motion.

Not recommended for beginners.

LOCATION

Organic Flow Yoga Studio

Address: Rua Almeida e Sousa, nr.3 — Last floor (3 andar).

Once inside the Yoga Studio, go up to the stairs for my classes (there are 2 practice rooms, the other is on the main floor).

IMPORTANT : booking is mandatory prior to the class by contacting me directly via Whatsapp: +351961701425

Some advices:

* It’s better to practice with an empty belly (avoid eating a lot before practicing Yoga)

* Come 5 mns before the class, the studio opens 10 mns before the start.

* Bring eventually a sweater or something warmer for the end of the class (relaxation), organic blankets provided.

* There is a dedicated area where you can leave your personal belongings, hang your clothes and remove your shoes as soon as you enter the studio after the door.

* Please move quietly inside the studio as there are 2 practices rooms and a therapeutic room that can have sessions going-on when you arrive or leave the studio.

Payment on-site: 12 euros (5 pass classes), 15 euros for a single class
