**Speaker: Gustavo Gama -** Lead Cloud Architect @ Carlsberg Cloud Center of Excellence

With 20+ years in IT, I specialize in Cloud Architecture and Data Engineering. Able to create and manage cloud solutions for digital transformation and innovation. My expertise covers emerging technologies, cost optimization, and data governance. As a leader in Cloud Center of Excellence, DevOps, and DataOps, I’ve championed excellence. Excited to share insights at the conference.

**TALK 2# — Building your own kubernetes distribution**

What do you install on your Kubernetes cluster to make it “production ready”? Probably log management, monitoring, security, backup, observability, and many other utilities. Upgrading, configuring, and managing this machinery of productive clusters is a complex and delicate task, which can easily become unsustainable in medium to large-scale environments. In this talk I will address how we have evolved our management of these applications that turn a “production ready” cluster into a model inspired by Linux distributions, using a set of well-known (or not so well-known) open source tools and a good dose of boldness, courage and innovation.”

**Speaker: Daniel Requena — SRE @ iFood**

Bachelor of Computer Science, Masters in Computer Engineering. Professional with 20+ years of experience working as Sysadmin, DevOps Engineer and SRE in large companies and projects.

Currently working as an SRE for iFood (largest food-delivery company in Brazil) focusing on Kubernetes and Service Mesh.

Also a father and husband, my current hobbies include: coffee, mechanical keyboards, books and films (especially SciFy).
